This website collects nothing

This site is plain HTML. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no third-party scripts, and loads its fonts and images from its own server. Nothing you do here is recorded or shared, and that is why you see no cookie banner.

Who is responsible

Bhavika — Catarina and Susana — decides how your data is used. You can reach us at bhavika.yoga23@gmail.com.

When you book a retreat

Bookings are taken through a form hosted by Google Forms. When you open that form you leave this site and Google's own terms and cookies apply. The form asks for the details we need to organise your stay and to contact you about it.

We use those details only to organise the retreat you are booking: to confirm your place, to plan meals and accommodation, and to tell you what you need to know before you arrive. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing you have not asked for.

Payments

Deposits and payments are made by MB WAY or bank transfer, directly between you and us. We see the payment reference and the name on it; we never see or store card details.

How long we keep it

We keep booking details for as long as we need them to run the retreat and to meet any legal record-keeping we are subject to. After that, they are deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to bhavika.yoga23@gmail.com and we will act on it. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a request, you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD.
